Rate: Up to $110,000 a year, depending on experience
Our client, a leader in the motion picture industry, is looking for a Senior Art Director! This HYBRID, full-time role starts as soon as the right candidate has been identified.
The Senior Art Director will be conceptualizing, designing, executing, and carrying out visual design strategy for both print and digital creative initiatives. The Senior Art Director will also direct and coordinate all photo shoots for the brand.
Senior Art Director Responsibilities
- Conceptualize print and digital collateral like emails, web pages, web banners, social media graphics, flyers, posters, in-store graphics, gift cards and more.
- Developing conceptual ideas for photo shoots and art directing during the shoot.
- Building the visual design strategy for multiple campaigns that could be omni-channel.
- Coordinating the large photo productions and styling the look and feel.
- Bringing a fresh perspective to the well-known brand, while still utilizing the brand standards.
- Managing a small team of 1-3 people and their performance for the organization.
- Providing direction to the team on the campaign needs and ensuring it is being delivered.
- Being hands-on with assets like editing and manipulating photos, designing graphics and animating videos for social and web purposes.
- Working with senior leadership on new concepts and trends that could be creatively executed.
Senior Art Director Requirements
- 7 + years experience, 3 + years leadership experience
- Experience as a Photo Art Director of being heavily involved in Photo Art Direction in the past
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects is a PLUS
