Job Description
A non-union PSA is seeking a talented young adult actor to appear in a regional broadcast campaign promoting the 988 Lifeline across New York State. The project highlights the importance of mental health awareness and reaching out for help when needed. The role involves both on-camera performance and voiceover recording, bringing authenticity and emotional depth to the campaign’s message.
Job Responsibilities

Portray a young adult reflecting on their mental health journey

Perform a natural and heartfelt internal monologue on camera

Write in a journal and act out reflective scenes at a desk

Record voiceover lines of the monologue in an audio booth

Collaborate with the production team to capture genuine emotion
Requirements

All genders, ages 25–35

All races; racially ambiguous looks are a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish talent strongly preferred

Must be based within 2.5 hours of Albany, NY

Compensation
