Job Description
A non-union PSA campaign is seeking an LGBTQIA+ college-age actor to appear in a regional broadcast promoting the 988 Lifeline across New York State. The campaign focuses on mental health awareness and self-reflection, highlighting the importance of seeking help and personal growth. This role combines on-camera storytelling with a voiceover performance, offering an opportunity to deliver a heartfelt and empowering message.
Job Responsibilities

Perform an internal monologue about mental health and self-reflection

Portray a college student writing a letter to their younger self

Record voiceover lines of the monologue in a professional audio booth

Collaborate with the production team to deliver an authentic and emotional performance
Requirements

Any gender, appearing aged 18–22

All races; racially ambiguous looks are a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish talent strongly preferred

Must be based within 2.5 hours of Albany, NY

Compensation

English Speaking: $600 + $300 buyout + 10% + gas/tolls or train reimbursement
