Job Description
A commercial project is seeking non-union local talent in Calgary for an upcoming shoot. The production is looking for men and women to portray relatable and authentic characters in a digital and print campaign that will run across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a professional commercial shoot

• Deliver natural and engaging performances on camera

• Work collaboratively with the production team to bring the campaign vision to life

• Maintain professionalism throughout filming

Requirements

• Must be local to Calgary, Alberta

• Men, ages 30–35, all ethnicities

• Women, ages 25–30, all ethnicities

• Non-union talent only

• No conflicts with self-storage unit brands

Compensation

• $300 for half-day / $600 for full-day session

• $1,000 usage fee for 2 years (digital, including website, social media, sales sheets, in-house posters – all inclusive)

• Additional 15% agency fee

• Highlight specific hair types, textures, and styles as requested by the creative team

• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and directors to achieve the desired look

Requirements

• Non-union talent, ages 18–35 depending on profile

• Specific casting profiles include:

  • Female, Caucasian, 25–35, blonde/dark blonde pixie cut

  • Female, Afro-descendant, 18–24, long hair

  • Female, Multiethnic, 18–24, medium-thick curly shorter hair

  • Female, Caucasian, 25–35, natural platinum blonde/silver fine longer hair

  • Male, Multiethnic, 18–24, thick wavy black hair

  • Female, Caucasian, 25–35, light brown wavy dense hair

  • Female, Open ethnicity, 18–35, strawberry blonde micro-bob

  • Female, Multiethnic, 18–24, long dark wavy curly hair

  • Female, Caucasian or Asian, 18–35, red/strawberry blonde wavy hair

Compensation

• Session fee: $600

• Usage fee: $3,400 (dependent on final editing and image usage)

• Agency fee: 20%
