Job Description: A branded spot for a lunchbox company is looking for immigrant children ages 8-12 (or first-generation Canadian) and a parent in the Greater Toronto Area. We want to hear stories from children who have been teased or made to feel ashamed of their cultural lunches they bring to school. This is an uplifting campaign aimed at ending lunchtime bullying.
Job Responsibilities:
- Share your personal story about cultural lunches and experiences with bullying.
- Participate in filming at your home, showing typical lunch preparation.
- Engage in an interview discussing your experiences and how you overcame challenges.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure an authentic and impactful portrayal of your story.
Requirements:
- Child must be between the ages of 8-12 or a first-generation Canadian.
- Must be an immigrant family residing in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Willingness to share personal experiences related to cultural lunches and school bullying.
- Comfortable with on-camera interviews and filming in your home.
- Availability for filming at the end of July.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $1000 including usage for 1 year.
- Filming will take place at selected contributors’ homes.
