Casting Call: Movement Artists & Dancers for Short Film
Job Description:
YFW Studio is seeking movement artists and dancers of all styles for an upcoming short film project. This film will be a creative exploration of movement and storytelling through dance, where each performer will bring their unique style and energy to visually express the themes of the project. We are looking for artists who can evoke emotion through movement and contribute to a visual, poetic narrative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various styles of dance and movement for filmed sequences.
- Collaborate with the director and creative team to ensure the vision of the film is brought to life through movement.
- Be flexible and open to creative direction to enhance the film’s visual storytelling.
- Participate in rehearsals and choreography sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- All styles of movement and dance are welcome.
- Prior experience in dance or movement arts preferred.
- Must be able to follow creative direction and work well in a collaborative environment.
- Artists should have the ability to evoke emotions through movement.
