Job Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new modeling talent through digital platforms and in-person scouting

• Conduct initial assessments, interviews, and portfolio reviews

• Collaborate with booking agents and development teams

• Maintain ongoing communication with new models and prospects

• Attend castings, industry events, and scouting opportunities across the UK

Requirements

• Proven experience in model scouting or talent development

• Deep understanding of fashion, beauty, and commercial modeling trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Based in the UK or able to travel across UK cities
