Job Description
A lifestyle photoshoot is seeking groups of horse riders and dirt bike crews for an upcoming campaign. This project highlights real people with authentic experience riding horses or dirt bikes in their everyday lives. Talent should feel comfortable on camera, bring natural confidence, and work well in a group setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in lifestyle photoshoot scenes showcasing real riding experience

• Work collaboratively with your group during still photography

• Follow simple direction while maintaining a relaxed, genuine presence

• Bring your own horse or dirt bike to set, if applicable

Requirements

• Horse Riders: Groups of 2–3 people, ages 18+, who ride horses together

• Dirt Bike Crews: Groups of 2–3 people, ages 16+, who own and ride dirt bikes

• All genders and body types welcome

• Groups are strongly preferred; individuals may apply

• Must live in Southern California and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable on camera with no professional experience required

Compensation

• $800 per person for a half-day (up to 4 hours)

• Additional pay for bringing your horse or dirt bike may be negotiated

• Includes 2-year worldwide social and digital usage

Casting people who use hearing aids in their everyday life and are willing to talk about the impacts of using hearing aids on camera.

UNION STATUS: Non-Union

SHOOT LOCATION: Miami, FL. Must live within a 3-hour drive of the shoot location. 

SHOOT DATES: Mon 5/13-Wed 5/15 or Mon 6/3-Wed 6/5 (2 days, TBD)

RATE: $1500/10hrs (2 days, includes session + use). In addition to monetary compensation, talent will
receive custom-fitted hearing aids valued at $8400. Pay includes time for hearing-aid fitting before the shoot.

Non-Hero Talent: $1000/day if a friend/family is asked to participate in the shoot alongside talent.

Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates

USE: 5 years global unlimited print and web. Excludes OOH and Broadcast.
(The primary intended use is to advertise to audiologists, and for in-office use by audiologists)

TRAVEL TERMS: We are only booking talent who live within a 3-hour drive of the shoot location. Talent who would need to fly-in are not eligible. For talent who live within driving distance, but more than 100 miles from the shoot
location, a travel stipend is available.
