Job Description
A nonprofit awareness commercial is casting a child actor for a featured role in a cinematic production filming in the South Bay/Redondo Beach area. Casting directors are seeking a young performer who can follow simple on-set direction and portray a natural, authentic character. This is a paid, non-union opportunity for aspiring child actors.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a featured role in a nonprofit awareness commercial.
- Follow simple direction from the production team.
- Participate in scheduled filming.
- Work cooperatively with the cast and crew on set.
Requirements
- Seeking a Black, Latino, or Asian female child actor.
- Ages 8–12.
- Parent or guardian must be present on set.
- Must be able to follow simple directions.
- Must be available to work in the South Bay/Redondo Beach area.
Compensation
- $100–$175 flat rate, depending on experience.
- Paid non-union commercial opportunity.
- Opportunity to gain experience on a professional cinematic production.
