ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Partner with local brokerage professionals to negotiate the business terms of multi-market commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, leases, purchase & sale agreements, LOI’s, etc.
- Collaborates with clients, brokers, and attorneys with all documents including Contract of Sale and Lease.
- Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, protocols, commitments, and milestones.
- Manage all required reporting, draft business cases if required and track KPI’s.
- Coordinates field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, and business partners. If necessary, facilitates client review and approval of proposed team resources for the purpose of transaction execution.
- Working closely with the assigned client, develop the tactical plan for implementing the Client’s business strategies
- Create financial analysis and understand the economic impacts of transaction activity
- In partnership with brokerage partners, draft and create a large variety of relevant documents, including but not limited to letters of engagement, market analysis and surveys, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, etc.
- Understands how to create, review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
- Works closely with Savills’ and/or client’s Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFCATIONS:
- Real Estate Salesperson or broker license required.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Prefer transaction management experience in commercial real estate, preferably multi-market work negotiating a wide variety of property uses (office, industrial, life sciences, retail, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of financial terms, principles, policies, and practices relating to real estate transactions.
- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Savills is looking for a Client Services Coordinator in our Charlotte office to utilize administrative and technical skills to provide support to assigned brokerage team(s); to help them achieve their business plan goals and objectives each year. This individual will be responsible for preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials. Additionally, they will coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
The ideal candidate will provide back-up support to the entire office as assigned by Director of Operations.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative and graphic support as needed by brokers, including preparation and production of various reports and presentations.
- Help with office accounting, including preparing commission invoices, reconcile cash receipts, send out reminder invoices, follow up on past due invoices, process co-broker payments and submit expense reports.
- Coordinate on/offsite meetings including scheduling appointments, keeping calendars, and arranging travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
- Utilize LinkedIn, and other sales management and/or marketing tools to assist brokers in tracking information.
- Update and maintain various information databases.
- Manage marketing email communications to clients and prospects.
- Work in cooperation with other Associates/Coordinators on large projects, during downtime, or as assigned by the Office Administrator or Branch Manager.
Skills (technical or functional skills i.e. PPT, Excel)
Strong computer proficiency including internet searching. Specific software programs utilized in the performance of this role include:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Internet Research
- CRM (Salesforce)
Competencies (attributes i.e., flexibility, collaboration skills)
- Effectively communicate and interact with brokers, staff, vendors, and clients.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a real estate/in office work environment
- Fluent in MS Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
