World famous reputable beverage company is seeking a Brand Activation Manager. This is a unique position for a talented, outgoing candidate with a background in hospitality and an understanding of the intricacies of the food and beverage industry. Candidate with a background in marketing, PR, events, and/or sales is preferred to develop the brand portfolio by growing distribution, driving volume, and establishing effective marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Building relationships with key on-premise customers
• Serve as primary contact for brand expertise/training to consumers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Generate leads to acquire new business and open new accounts
• Support and work simultaneously with sales team to deliver top notch results
• Create out-of-the-box events for brand support
• Provide relevant social media content to promote and support brand
• Manage influencers and stakeholders
• Visit customers on-site to keep valuable relationships/accounts
• Perform quality work within deadlines and keep detailed reports of accounts visited

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 – 3 years of beverage sales experience; On-Premise, Alcohol-Beverage experience preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people
• Excellent communication and presentation/public speaking skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended sales and brand teams
• Has strong business acumen, and experience using including Microsoft Office, and Slack
• Ability to work with relevant social media channels and understand the brand’s social media strategy
• Understands how to get things done by leveraging opportunities against multiple resources
• Willingness to work unconventional hours when necessary (nights and weekends)
• Must be willing to live in the focus market (Los Angeles)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Base salary in the $85-90K range DOE
• 10% Performance Bonus
