- Noa is non-binary high school student who agrees to help Jimmy with his bid for re-election, mostly because, as someone who is continually bullied.
- Noa finds hope in the ideals prferred by the democratic process. Sensitive, with a good sense of humor, a firm believer in fair play.
- Noa is tech savvy and keeps up with current pop culture and trends. They have never personally sought the limelight, but are willing to work diligently for those they believe in.
