Requirements:
-Interest in social media and fashion
-Positive and outgoing personality
-MUST BE LOCATED IN OR NEAR ATHENS, GA (This is NOT a remote job)
-Availability of 15+ hours per week
Responsibilities:
-Assist in daily and weekly planning of social media content
-Assist in planning of social media campaigns
-Update social media sales channels
-Content creation
-Copywriting
-Trend forecasting
-Monitor social media conversations
-Track social media trends and influencer activity
-Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas for social media advertising
Skills:
-Proficient in the tactical use of core social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
-Proficient in the use of social media editing tools (i.e. Canva, Lightroom, Spark Post, Photoshop, Splice, CapCut, etc.)
-Customer Service Experience
-Knowledge of current fashion and willingness to learn about the Red Dress brand
-Knowledge of current social media trends
-Creative thinking
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Attention to detail and a creative eye

Red Dress website and Instagram is rapidly growing, and we are looking for people interested in fashion and influencer marketing to join our team! This is the perfect position for those wanting to gain experience in public relations, marketing, social media, eCommerce, etc.
You will get a first-hand look at how social media influencers can positively impact brand growth and awareness, as well as utilize google analytics to analyze influencer performance after every marketing campaign. So are you ready to get an inside look at the creative marketing department of one of the nation’s fastest-growing online stores?
Purpose
One should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity. You should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both influencers and internal team members.Â
Description
Presentation and people skills: Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized (you’ll work on multiple projects at once), with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude
Influencers:Â Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in placeÂ
Project management skills: Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard
Campaign Analysis: Once the content is published, you’ll be tracking the success of the campaigns and reporting it to the rest of your team. You’ll need to be able to communicate how this campaign helped (or didn’t help) the brand reach their overall growth goals
Communications:Â Answer multiple emails with questions as well as approving or denying new brand influencers. Schedule and coordinate collaborations with industry influencers to help drive brand sales and exposure. Follow up on influencers throughout the whole collaboration process from start to finish
Analytics:Â Use Google Analytics, CJ, IG Insights, etc. to keep track of RS sales/revenue and plan the budget accordingly; Create analytics reports to measure the success of collaborations (includes spreadsheets with conversion reporting/number)
Social Media:Â Monitor Instagram (and other social media collaborations), like/comment on posts, respond to messages, and stay up to date with our top-tier influencers and special events; Help social media team when needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LTK, etc.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- A self-starter but a team player with respect for others’ points of view
- Ability to work well alone and with different departments across the warehouse
- Preferred, Google Analytics class
- Preferred, a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar field
