Assistant / Development Coordinator for Boutique TV Production Company

Job Description
A fast-paced boutique TV production company is seeking an Assistant / Development Coordinator to support the Head of Development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in television development while working closely with an experienced executive. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling and TV production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and designing pitch decks for TV networks

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate development projects and maintain production timelines

  • Research and source compelling stories and leads for new projects

  • Collaborate on creative development and contribute fresh ideas

  • Support daily operations and communication with internal and external teams

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content development

  • Proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities

  • Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Open to junior-level candidates willing to grow in the industry

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Remote applicants welcome; Texas-based not required
