The independent short film Pole Kisses is seeking a First Assistant Director (1st AD) to join its production team for filming in Las Vegas this October. Directed by Maria Trần, the project is looking for an organized and proactive leader to help manage cast, crew, scheduling, and on-set logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about independent filmmaking and looking to gain hands-on production experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee cast and crew operations on set.
• Work closely with the director to keep production on schedule.
• Coordinate production schedules and logistics.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets before filming.
• Support efficient day-to-day production management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating film productions preferred.
• Passion for independent filmmaking.
• Non-union.
