A fashion content production is seeking a London-based Director/Producer to lead an upcoming creative shoot. The storyboard and overall creative direction are already established, and the selected professional will take responsibility for bringing the concept to life through production and directing. The project has a surreal, experimental, and visually distinctive style, making experience with fashion or lifestyle brands particularly relevant.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and produce a fashion-focused content shoot.
• Execute the existing storyboard and creative direction.
• Coordinate casting, crew, location, equipment, and other production requirements.
• Manage the production process from preparation through the shoot.
• Translate surreal and experimental concepts into strong visual content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the intended aesthetic.

Requirements

• Professional directing and/or producing experience.
• Able to independently manage cast, crew, locations, and equipment.
• Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Experience creating surrealist, experimental, or visually unconventional content is a plus.
• Strong production management and creative communication skills.
