A documentary production is seeking an experienced Sound Recordist for an upcoming shoot focused on firefighter interviews. Job Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-quality audio for interviews and ambient sound.

• Operate and maintain professional sound recording equipment throughout the shoot.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sound Recordist, preferably in documentary or interview settings.

• Ability to work 4–6 consecutive days, with 8–12 hour workdays.

• Must provide a gear list and be comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills on set.
