Job Description: Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of event planning and management; after discussing the Product and budget with customers, you will organize all the details, including booking the venue, planning food service, entertainment, decorations, transportation, and staffing for the day of the event. You will be expected to supervise each phase of the plan during the event to ensure it runs smoothly and to close out all vendor invoices once the event is over.

What You Will Be Doing:
Meets with prospective and actual clients regarding all aspects of the Client Conference Center. Provides packets of information as needed.
Checks availability and schedules room utilization as appropriate to reflect set up, event and post-event cleanup.
Prepares contracts and reviews fees and other requirements with clients.
Coordinates with clients and collects deposits, insurance certificates, health and/or alcohol permits, signed contracts and payment for charges incurred.
Meets with clients and conducts pre-event and post-event inspections.
Assesses any additional costs (cleaning, photocopying, etc.), invoices the client, and maintains payments.
Coordinates with the Information Technology Department to schedule technical staff to meet customers special needs when necessary.
Coordinates with the Director of Maintenance and Operations regarding facility needs and personnel for general maintenance and booked events. The Conference Center Managers role is to insure a clean, safe and well-organized facility.
Oversees all required facilities, room set up, equipment and technical support. This includes directing staff and services, assisting guests and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Helps with set up, supervises decoration to ensure compliance with Center policies, and processes orders.
Meets with caterers and vendors to review facility requirements, completes all training, and gather required documents prior to facility use.

Required:
3+ years related work experience
Prior experience as an Event Coordinator
Experience in filing, records, data management and invoicing.
Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
Exceptional customer service abilities.

Education: HS Diploma

Certified Meeting Professional
Experience working with EMS (Event Management System)
Cater Trax software experience
BA/BS degree

The Role:
Client is searching for a Social Media Product Manager to provide social platform and strategy expertise to support Clients engagement around global product promotion, disease awareness and corporate communications. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert on social platforms, channel strategies and analytics and play an integral part in the advancement of digital impact across our organization. This role will oversee the implementation of a new social media platform, govern and operate the platform and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders around campaign effectiveness and sentiment. This position will report into the Sr. Director, Digital Experience Platforms & Technology Operations, and be based out of Clients Cambridge, MA, office.

Heres What Youll Do:

Establish and evolve Clients social media capabilities

Support the execution and optimization of global social media presence on owned channels

Integrate the social media platform with key capabilities within the foundational technology stack, including digital asset management, voice of the customer and CRM

Establish social media platform administration and operations to scale multiple products and regions

Elevate the adoption and use of platform features and capabilities

Own the platform roadmap and future capability enhancements

Partner with key stakeholders on campaign management, execution, listening and reporting

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

7+ years of digital technology experience, specifically in social media management. Sprinklr certification preferred

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications or equivalent required. Masters degree preferred

Thorough understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms with experience implementing to scale or build new capabilities

Experience with social media channels and engagement tactics

Ability to lead large, complex initiatives and influence functional leaders

Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity to look at problems in new ways and present solutions

Experience managing technical vendors and outsourced providers

Customer-obsessed

Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work autonomously and engage global business partners

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, effectively prioritizing critical paths through to on-time delivery
Guide progress and encourage efficiency
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Understand current project Product and facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of impacts to schedule and budget
Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure projects are on-budget and meet quality standards
Generate regular status reports
Lead UAT (user acceptance testing) efforts and reporting

Quals–
In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will be working with product managers, technologists, and studio stakeholders in the successful delivery of consumer-facing projects, supporting web technologies. The position requires you to have effective communication, establish key relationships, foster teamwork, and demonstrate strong organizational skills along with your PM skills. A successful candidate will also understand Agile principles and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Proficiency with office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and/or SmartSheet
Proficiency in Project Management tools; experience with Airtable, Jira, or Github a plus
Exposure to Figma a plus
Comfortable with internet technologies, especially as it relates to consumer experiences and media delivery
Strong collaboration, organizational, and verbal/written skills
Adept in working with cross-functional teams
An eagerness to learn more about your passion for innovation, technology, and entertainment media
3-5 years in relevant project management
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
PM or Agile certifications a plus
Must be willing to work 3 days a week in Universal City, Los Angeles, CA and the other two days remotely
Must be 18 years or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
