Job Description

InCast, an experiential staffing agency specializing in live events and brand activations, is seeking professional, reliable, and sports-minded Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming FIFA activation at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York. Multiple positions are available, including Team Leads and OSBU Staff.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with consumers, representing major brands, and working at large-scale sporting events.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally during FIFA activation events.
• Engage with attendees and consumers throughout the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service and brand experiences.
• Support event operations and activation activities.
• Follow event protocols and training guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and event leadership.

Requirements

• Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for live events, sports, and consumer engagement.
• Ability to commit to a full Team A or Team B schedule preferred.
• Must attend required virtual training.
• Team Leads must attend onsite leadership training.
• Must wear completely white shoes during events.
• Previous event staffing, promotional, or brand ambassador experience preferred.

Training Schedule

Compensation

• $32.00 per hour
• W-2 employment

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand at FIFA-related live events and activations
• Engage with attendees and provide information about products and experiences
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with guests as needed
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Follow brand guidelines and direction from the event team

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Interest or knowledge of soccer/FIFA preferred
• Ability to work all scheduled dates without conflicts
• Must be local to New York or willing to work as a local
• Previous brand ambassador or event experience preferred

Compensation:

• $30 per hour + per diem (amount TBD)
• Seasonal W-2 employment

• Represent the brand as part of an outdoor street team

• Distribute branded tote bags and promotional materials

• Assist in building relationships for future pop-up events

• Travel with the team using a branded vehicle
