Job Description
A powerful Pride campaign is casting real people—not actors or models—to be featured in an authentic and heartfelt photo series. This project celebrates love, identity, and community, capturing genuine moments between couples, families, and individuals in beautiful locations across Massachusetts. Participants will be photographed enjoying real-life experiences in a natural, documentary-style setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a lifestyle photo shoot for a Pride campaign
- Engage in real-life activities such as exploring, dining, and outdoor experiences
- Be comfortable being photographed in candid, authentic moments
- Travel to selected locations for the shoot
- Represent genuine relationships and personal stories on camera
Requirements
- Open to real people (not professional actors or models required)
- Seeking:
- Gay couples (20s–50s)
- Lesbian couples (20s–50s)
- Couples with children ages 5–12
- Trans women and allies
- Comfortable being photographed in public settings
- Able to travel to locations in Massachusetts (Provincetown, Boston, Northampton)
- Must be available during the scheduled shoot period
Compensation
- $750 per adult per day
- $350 per child per day
- Paid campaign opportunity with professional photography exposure
