Casting Call: Adherence Testimonial

Overview: We are currently casting for an upcoming testimonial shoot titled “Adherence.” The project aims to capture the empowering stories of individuals overcoming challenges. We are looking to cast background roles for two specific shoot dates in Richmond, VA. The roles are open to non-union actors fitting the specified age and ethnicity criteria as part of our efforts to authentically represent diverse experiences.

Roles Seeking:

• April 24th, 2024: Two Diverse Females, Ages 18-22. Must be able to portray a youthful and energetic demeanor. Background roles will likely involve interaction in a group setting, capturing candid and natural interactions.

• April 26th, 2024: Caucasian Female, Ages 55-65. The role involves assisting a patient, as she prepares and enters a kayak. Requires a compassionate and nurturing demeanor, suitable for scenes involving care and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on set on time and ready for makeup and wardrobe.
• Follow directions from the director and crew to perform specified actions and deliver authentic reactions.
• Participate in filming for the entire scheduled time on set.
• Maintain professionalism and respect on set at all times.

Requirements:

• Must fit the age and ethnicity specifications listed for each role.
• Previous acting experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be available for the entirety of the shooting day as scheduled.
• Ability to take direction well and adapt to dynamic filming conditions.
• Must be local to Richmond, VA or willing to travel at own expense.

Compensation Details:

• $450 for an 8-hour day.
• Compensation is a flat rate and non-negotiable.
• Payment will be issued upon completion of services.

Casting Call Notice – Healthcare Commercial

Overview: We are casting for an upcoming healthcare-related commercial set to film in Richmond, VA. We are seeking background actors for two specific scenes. This project provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain more experience in commercial acting and participate in a production that highlights healthcare services.

Roles Available:

1. April 24th, 2024 (Richmond, VA)

   • Role: Background Actors
   • Seeking: Two diverse females
   • Age Range: 18-22 years (BFOQ – Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
   • Responsibilities: Participants will act in a scene depicting a youthful, dynamic healthcare environment. No dialogue is expected.

2. April 26th, 2024 (Richmond, VA)

   • Role: Supporting Actor
   • Seeking: Caucasian female
   • Age Range: 55-65 years (BFOQ)
   • Responsibilities: This role requires the actor to assist in a scene where a patient prepares and enters a kayak. The actor will help portray the supportive role of healthcare providers in patient lifestyle management. Some physical activity will be involved.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time at the specified location ready for makeup and wardrobe.
• Follow directions from the director and crew.
• Perform actions and expressions as required for the scene.
• Maintain professionalism on set at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be available on the specified dates for the full day of shooting.
• Prior acting experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform light physical activities (specifically for the kayak scene).
• Must comply with all set regulations including health and safety protocols.

Compensation:

• $450 for 8 hours of work.
• Payment will be processed post-filming and may take up to 30 days to be issued.
