About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to help us build breakthrough paid social creative for high-growth consumer brands. This person will report into our VP of Creative and spearhead creative strategy, ideation, design, and execution across a portfolio of our clients in close collaboration with internal and client teams. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate creative with demonstrated experience working in performance-driven digital advertising. The ideal candidate has chops across every phase of the creative process: you’ve designed content from scratch that you’re super proud of — from brief, to strategy, to idea, to art direction & execution. 

This is a client-facing and highly collaborative role that requires effective communication and salesmanship: you are a pro at delivering compelling presentations, creating alignment with stakeholders, and fostering great relationships with your clients and teammates. 

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 4-7 years of relevant agency or in-house experience 
  • Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time
  • Educational degree in marketing, advertising, design, or business
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile & web
  • An understanding of creative best practices for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Proven experience with concept development and creative development. This includes research, creative strategy, design & presentation skills.
  • A champion of the Adobe Creative Cloud (preferably Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects is a major plus) as well as Figma.
  • Fluency & comfortability when presenting to clients
  • Landing Page design experience is a plus
  • 3D Experience another plus
  • Ability to thrive and be productive in a fully remote environment
