We provide comprehensive marketing services to various brands with a specialization on tribal and commercial casino resorts from coast to coast. 

Good Giant is in need of a Producer with experience in a wide range of advertising activities. The Integrated Producer collaborates with a creative team to accommodate the agency’s diverse portfolio of clients and their wide array of production needs. From negotiating with vendors, sourcing inputs, consulting with creatives about best practices, and managing projects to completion– this role requires the attention of an experienced production professional. You must be naturally curious about the production and manufacture or advertising materials, understand the time/cost/quality ecosystem, and be adaptable to trends and change in a fast-paced industry.

 

DESCRIPTION

The Producer is responsible for managing all production needs for print collateral, direct mail, out-of-home/outdoor, ambient, merchandise, TV, radio, web content, photography, live events/entertainment, and music creation and licensing, and other miscellaneous advertising materials. As part of the Content Production Team, the Producer consults with the account and creative teams for the feasibility of creative conceptual design, develops production strategies, establishes scopes of work, manages budgets, coordinates internal and external resources, provides production oversight, and ensures delivery of final assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Producing various types of advertising such as print collateral, out-of-home/outdoor, direct mail, posters, t-shirts, catalogues, TV, radio, web content, photography, and other merchandise.
  • Assessing individual project requirements and providing production consultation.
  • Leading production processes including pre-press review, color management, press checks, paper management, and ink types.
  • Maintaining a supplier roster of high-quality vendors with a variety of capabilities.
  • Orchestrating the bid process with a variety of production vendors to ensure the best price and quality.
  • Creating production strategies and scopes-of-work that include detailed strategy, schedules, and budgets.
  • Producing estimates and purchase orders to secure approvals and pricing with suppliers.
  • Coordinating and guiding internal and client feedback and communication during the production process.
  • Anticipating production risk and collaborating with creative teams to provide options/solutions.
  • Monitoring production budgets based on campaign deliverables/change orders.
  • Directing TV production workflow through pre-production meetings, casting, shooting, recording, editing, music, color correction, and final client approval.
  • Supervising activities on photography and video shoots and studio recording sessions to achieve quality, time, and budget efficiencies.
  • Searching and acquiring stock assets as needed.
  • Negotiating licenses for talent, photography, music, and miscellaneous copyrighted material.
  • Trafficking approved deliverables to media affiliates such as publications, television & radio stations.
  • Overseeing and uploading files to digital asset management archive.
  • Managing the reconciliation of accounts payable for production materials.
  • Examination of final deliverables for accuracy and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

the basics:

  • 5+ years of experience in content production, with particular experience in print
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Commercial design experience a plus
  • Practical experience in related production fields
  • Deep understanding of media specifications, terminology, and techniques, especially in print production
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of best practices and methodology
  • Familiarity with intellectual property law
  • Expertise in agency workflow processes for development and execution
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and financial acumen
  • Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast pace environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly to changing deadlines
  • Willing to work an alternative schedule when deadlines require, including travel for managing press checks

TECHNINCAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Technical knowledge of a variety of production techniques
  • Prior utilization and familiarity with file share and transfer applications
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects, Audition) preferred
  • Experience in file management and maintenance
  • Prior experience working in a project management software solution preferred

DESCRIPTION

The Production Assistant is an important part of the Content Production team by assisting both Content and Print Producers in the production of advertising materials. This role reports to the Content Production Director and tasks are assigned by producers to ensure smooth and efficient content production operations. A Production Assistant must be able to familiarize themselves with agency tools and processes in order to be effective. Successful production assistants are detail oriented, organized, attentive, alert, resourceful, ambitious, and exhibit an overall willingness to help no matter the task.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Tasks:

  • Coordinates the procurement and processing of stock or AdMat assets
  • Researches printers, printing materials and techniques, photography, videography, audio suppliers and other factors of production
  • Books resources, facilities, studio time, editing time and equipment as directed
  • Assists in gathering of props, wardrobe or production related necessities for shoots
  • Aids in researching potential shoot locations
  • Tracks and manages production related paperwork from suppliers and acquires necessary signatures (e.g. NDAs, new supplier paperwork, purchase orders, releases and production contracts)
  • Organizes and curates vendor information, client media inventory, and digital assets
  • Executes distribution and external traffic of print & broadcast advertisements to publications, printers, vendors, and media outlets.
  • Coordinates screenings, presentations and portfolio reviews with production house, stock houses, artist reps and photographers
  • Assists with maintenance of agency production equipment
  • Assists producers in the day-to-day production activities as required
  • Manages less complex radio, video, or print production projects

 

Accounting Tasks:

  • Aids in the development of estimates and purchase orders
  • Processes invoices and accounting administration such as job reconciliation

 

Administrative Tasks:

  • Develops production reports for tracking, management and production billing
  • Updates production schedules in agency workflow management system
  • Runs production related errands as needed

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional working experience
  • Basic knowledge of content production processes in the following media channels: print, ambient/out-of-home, television, radio, video, and photography, live events/entertainment, music creation and licensing
  • Working knowledge of image, video, and audio file types
  • Knowledge of agency workflow processes for development and execution
  • Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast pace environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work an alternative schedule when production deadlines require
  • Intuitive problem solver with the ability to drive to resolve
  • Ability to manage up and communicate across to ensure those involved production are informed and aware of task status

 

TECHNINCAL SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Audition)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote
  • Prior utilization and familiarity with file share and transfer applications
  • Experience in digital asset management

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic digital team. You will report to the Sr. Digital Project Manager and play a crucial role in managing website builds, coordinating digital projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration among project teams and clients. Your expertise in digital project management and excellent communication skills will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality digital campaigns.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●       Manage assigned website builds from start to finish: Oversee the entire website development process, including gathering project requirements, creating project plans, coordinating with our solutions architect, design and development teams, and ensuring timely delivery of websites.

●       Assist the Sr. Digital Project Manager on website builds from start to finish: coordinating assets, checking on project progression, updating project management software and updating billing information.

●       Develop project plans and timelines: Create comprehensive project plans, defining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

●       Facilitate project team collaboration and brainstorming: Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating effective communication and brainstorming sessions among project teams, encouraging innovative ideas and ensuring successful project outcomes.

●       CMS Updates: Make client requested CMS updates (copy, image, link, etc.) to sites as necessary and communicate completion or questions to Account Executive.

●       Content Strategy/Sitemap: Work with the Sr. Digital Project Manager, Solutions Architect and Digital Specialist to develop website content strategy, user experience, customer journey, content outline and final approval of sitemap.

 

●       Coordinate with stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

 

●       Monitor project progress and report status: Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare regular status reports for clients and internal management, providing visibility into project timelines, risks, and successes.

●       Quality control: Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications, design standards, and client expectations.

 

●       Support with onboarding of new digital media clients: Assist in the onboarding process of new digital media clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of project requirements and goals.

 

●       Account Manager: Oversee daily client management of digital clients with the support from the Sr. Digital Project Manager including but not limited to, creative briefs, client requests, trafficking of digital projects and leading client meetings.

 

●       Billing/Job Creation: Assist Sr. Digital Project Manager with the monthly client billing process, job code creation, invoicing and projections.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

●       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

●       Proven experience in managing digital and/or projects, preferably within an ad agency or marketing environment.

●       Strong knowledge of website development processes, including content management systems (CMS) and best practices for user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).

●       Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

●       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

●       Proficiency in project management tools and software.

●       Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

●       Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

●       Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and emerging technologies is a plus.
