ABOUT

As an Art Director you will be responsible for campaign-level ideation and creating visually compelling stories for activations, events and digital content. The role requires a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility that can be applied to a wide range of categories and verticals.

The Art Director will start at initial brief through to the deliverable stage and be asked to manage multidisciplinary design processes that may include graphic design, illustration, animation/motion, and experiential activations. 

In order to thrive in this role, you must be an experimental problem-solver and passionate about storytelling and visual excellence. The ability to communicate creatively and professionally with clients is an absolute must. We believe in trust and responsibility — you should be able to work autonomously to create while working through creative challenges. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive aesthetic and conceptual development of multidisciplinary projects from pitch through execution
  • Conceive and develop innovative, compelling output
  • Research design trends in competitive markets (including regional and global fashion markets as well as traditional and non-traditional media markets) and apply that knowledge to creative projects.
  • Ensure that creative output is client-appropriate, designed to perform and is completed on time with the highest standard of quality for both internal and external reviews.
  • Manage teams of graphic artists and work with 2D and 3D motion designers, architects, and other multidisciplinary designers to ensure that the overall creative vision is being met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with art direction and campaign-level ideation
  • 3+ years of experience with Art Direction and team leadership
  • Ability to visually articulate complex concepts in a simple but directional manner
  • Ability to develop novel design concepts and tactics against a larger strategy or brief
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing multidisciplinary design processes
  • Ability to be proactive and productive despite a high degree of ambiguity
  • You are passionate about design, technology, advertising, marketing and are always keeping pace with it
  • You are ego-free and highly collaborative, but can work independently when required
  • You are very organized and comfortable leading junior creatives through design processes
  • You aren’t afraid to question the status quo and proactively take steps to change things for the better

ABOUT

We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to help guide our experiential design team! The ideal candidate is a problem solver that knows every detail of any given project and serves as the ‘go-to’ for both clients & the DE-YAN team. They know what to expect, what to do next, & where they need to be at all times. They’re responsible for shaping & managing creative projects that flow through the team, ensuring on-budget quality control, tracking and timely completion of all projects as well as shaping project management processes. We believe in trust and responsibility—you should be used to managing your own projects, & be able to work autonomously to create, contribute to & finish tasks on your own and with the studio team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead the day-to-day aspects of multiple projects with architectural design teams & clients through kickoff, ideation, design, development, & delivery
  • Accurately estimate & develop project SOWs that clearly state client goals, deliverables, schedules, & creative services budgets
  • Has experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Manage execution of projects across studio disciplines including resource allocation, timelines, project plans & status updates
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding needs and expectations. Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring parties are aligned
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into creative briefs and project plans
  • Negotiate costs & contract agreements with clients as needed
  • Lead meetings & conference calls, and effectively present/articulate creative work
  • Create a positive & constructive team working relationship and atmosphere
  • The primary role of this position is to produce and project manage all elements of event narrative and architectural design development. Typically, all executional elements of experiential production will be handled by the experiential production department but depending on experience and studio needs, this candidate will/can have the opportunity to handle the executional elements. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years working in a creative production capacity in a studio/agency environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on projects
  • Ability to own a project from start to finish and lead members of the team for a smooth and efficient pipeline
  • Expert organization and prioritization skills 
  • Experience developing Scopes of Work & project plans with budgets over $500,000
  • Flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities
  • Proven experience producing projects including across disciplines, including 
  • Client-facing communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence and positivity
  • Extreme attention to detail in fast paced creative environment
  • Proficient in GSuite Applications (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment

We’re seeking a CONTENT PRODUCER! The ideal candidate is a problem solver that knows every detail of any given motion project and serves as the ‘go-to’ for both clients and the DE-YAN team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times. They’re responsible for shaping and managing creative projects that flow through the team, ensuring on-budget quality control, tracking and timely delivery/execution of all projects as well as shaping project management processes.

We believe in trust and responsibility—you should be used to managing your own projects, and be able to work autonomously to create, contribute to and finish tasks on your own and with the studio team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of motion graphics and editorial projects with through kickoff, ideation, design, development, and delivery
  • Accurately estimate & develop project SOWs that clearly state client goals, deliverables, production schedules, and budgets
  • Experience producing a variety of motion projects (especially post-production for 2D and 3D motion graphics)
  • Experience shooting, or ed
  • Manage execution of creative projects across studio disciplines including resource allocation, deliverable timelines, project plans, production schedules, run of show, status updates
  • On-boarding and overseeing freelance production staff on a project-basis
  • Source and manage contractors and consultants
  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively present/articulate creative work
  • Create a positive and constructive team working relationship and atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years working in a production capacity in a studio/agency environment
  • Working understanding of event related permits and industry standards
  • Expert organization skills across project management systems
  • Experience developing Scopes of Work and project plans for project budgets over $500,000
  • Flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
  • Proven experience producing projects including events, photo/video shoots, brand identity/strategy, and interactive installations
  • Client-facing communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence and positivity
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proficient in GSuite Applications (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment
