Qualifications
Desired Skills & Expertise
Candidates should have the following background, skills, and qualities:
- HEAD CONSULTING PROJECTS including defining the issue, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses to validate the hypothesis, designing analytical tools, leading client relationships, and formulating project deliverables. 3+ years of strategy experience or 5+ years of retail/commercial bank experience preferred. Project management experience and senior exposure preferred.
- IDENTIFY NEW CONTENT OPPORTUNITIES for the firm and working with other team members to bring new ideas and solutions to the marketplace.
- RECOGNIZE NEW OPPORTUNITIES stemming from current or past project work to help pursue additional project work. This also includes preparation of proposals and leadership material.
- DEVELOP A PROFESSIONAL NETWORK and maintain relationships with clients.
- MENTOR & COACH junior staff to help them perform at a level that will nurture professional growth.
This is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate located near New York City and able to travel to the office 3 days a week.
Base Salary Range:$108,000 – $120,000

Amplero is an adaptive omnichannel orchestration engine that is embedded within the MarTech stacks of financial institutions, delivering workflow efficiency and unprecedented levels of personalization to their customers via patented and ‘closed loop’ AI-based optimization.
The platform automates the ingestion of granular data, generates optimized experiences for individual customers, and seamlessly integrates into marketing execution layer to send content to customers, optimizing for quantitative outcomes aligned to the bank’s goals.
The optimization engine continues to ‘self-learn’ by re-ingesting customer engagement data to refine the type of experiences individual customers are receiving, without any additional manual oversight required.
The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to take the helm of our flagship marketing optimization tool, Amplero. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind all product strategy and execution related to Amplero, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of marketing solutions for financial institutions.
You will:
- Use your understanding of the market and its needs, through direct engagement with financial institution clients, to identify opportunities and requirements.
- Create impact-driven, not feature-focused, roadmaps that solve customer and client problems, enabling the business to meet its objectives.
- Develop a holistic and exhaustive understanding of the Amplero platform’s infrastructure and capabilities.
- Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across Data Science, Engineering, Amplero business unit leaders, data architects, and other Product team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Define, articulate, and execute the product vision for Amplero, ensuring alignment with Curinos’ broader objectives. Manage the strategic trade-off between investment initiatives, platforms, tech debt, and new features
- Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, iterating on Amplero to maximize its value proposition. Define and consistently contextualize ‘success’ with well-defined KPIs that measure our ability to solve client problems.
- Product Development: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and QA teams to bring new features to life, ensuring timely delivery and highest quality.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and the evolving needs of financial institutions to keep Amplero at the forefront.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage regularly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, providing them with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key product performance indicators, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
Compensation Range: $150-185k
Qualifications
At least 4 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated career progression and business-moving product impact.
- MarTech experience and an understanding of the core problems MarTech customers are looking to solve.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager working in enterprise and B2B software as a user-centric product management with a consistent record of multi-workstream management and effective delivery in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience understanding and communicating nuanced ideas to variety of audiences (including high-level client stakeholders and internal technical and non-technical stakeholders) and orienting them to a business strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading, though not necessarily managing, teams of software engineers, user experience designers, and technical individual contributors.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Jira, SQL, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Preferred experience in financial or banking industry with an understanding of the core business model of banking

Curinos is currently seeking anEnterprise Software Product Manager – Data Platformsto join the Platform Product Management group. This team owns and manages the strategic and technical roadmaps for all Curinos Platforms – the proprietary Product ecosystems upon which our B2B SaaS applications are built. As a company that specializes in data-driven insights, our Data Platforms are integral to our product offerings, and our objective is to build and centralize data assets, tools, and processes across our solutions suite.
This is a remote/hybridposition, with the ideal candidate located near one of our regional hubs (New York, Chicago, Boston, Dallas & Toronto) and able to travel to an office as needed for working sessions or team meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, with a strong technical background in data analytics, data science, engineering, or adjacent areas of expertise.
You will be responsible to:
- Create and manage the Data Platform’s long term strategic roadmap, in consultation with key internal Product, Configuration, and Engineering stakeholders – optimizing for enabling product revenue, scale, and new product/feature development
- Lead and track the management and execution of quarterly product OKRs – beginning with setting Objectives in line with the platform’s strategic roadmap
- Stay close to 3rd party tools to constantly evaluate “build vs buy” opportunities for capabilities within our Data Platforms
- Plan and execute strategic investments in the Platform’s core components, and manage the rollout and transition from legacy to new components
- Optimize the investment tradeoff between new features, support efficiency initiatives, & tech debt
- Work closely with technical writing teams on documentation and reference guides for internally facing reference materials, and external collateral highlighting our data capabilities
- Be the go-to expert for the value proposition of your product, and dedicated towards its success
- Lead agile ceremonies and associated tasks, such as:
- Manage, track, and update the highly detailed near-term roadmaps and project plans
- Create detailed requirements – from high level strategies to feature level stories
- Collaborate with all pod build teams (UX, Engineering, QA, Product SMEs, etc)
Base Salary Range: 145-175k

You are experienced in Product Management, and ideally came into the field from/with a technical background. You’re intrigued by the stories that data can tell and understand the ways it is used in complex and metric oriented pipelines. You excel at understanding and communicating complex ideas. You stay on schedule and can handle juggling several different priorities, driving each forward independently. You have a good grasp of future high-level goals and can keep them in mind when determining what to do next. You are a technical thinker and can get in the weeds to understand software technologies to help drive product decisions.It is exceptionally important to you that things be done correctly. You value efficiency and are a proactive fixer.You know it is your responsibility to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks. You evangelize your product and exude enthusiasm. You can talk to product partners or engineers with equal ease.You believe in agile development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, or a product-centric solutions development role
- Experience with technologies or platforms such as SQL, Databricks, Scala, or Python
- Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret and explain complex systems and ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
- Experience with Jira, Aha!, or Tableau is a plus, as is experience in banking or finance
