Job Responsibilities

Conduct contestant interviews, including duos, and help facilitate gameplay

Collaborate on shaping casting storylines and developing character archetypes

Write compelling and organized one-sheets

Work efficiently within Google Docs to manage casting materials and updates
Requirements

Must have casting producer experience, preferably in unscripted or game show formats

Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Strong written communication and storytelling skills
