Job Overview:

  • The Marketing Coordinator of Facility Management Services works closely with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Manager of Communications to support the marketing and corporate strategic initiatives for all service lines.
  • The ideal candidate excels in graphic design, email marketing, and creating and managing content.
  • The candidate is detail-oriented, has an eye for editing and proofreading, and is an excellent communicator.
  • This role contributes to the development of marketing and communication strategy, operates with minimal supervision in a complex environment, and aids in creating and tracking key performance indicators.
  • The marketing coordinator’s responsibilities will include working with program managers, participation in the development and execution of an annual marketing plan, including the development and dissemination of email/marketing campaigns, web content development, developing presentations, and graphic design.
  • This position will be the primary resource for creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and for maintaining Facility Management Services SharePoint sites.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

• Marketing, branding, and standardizing program initiatives

• Develop unique content for Facility Management Services included, but not limited to, SharePoint sites for all Facility Management Services divisions, corporate support sites, and project communications planning

• Provide tactical support for the execution of all marketing plans designed to promote service lines, corporate strategies and goals to include graphic design and content maintenance for print projects

• Create marketing content for education, special announcements, content for SharePoint, and project and/or program initiatives

• Lead the development and maintenance of our PowerPoint presentation deck and digital library to include style guide, graphics, and content updates.

Communication Strategy Support

• Updating communication templates for program changes and FMS SharePoint sites including service line specific team page updates, monthly leadership meeting slides, news page, events page, resource page update, corporate org chart update, and socialization of site.

• Monitor timeline of program rollout for marketing content development and distribution

• Ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines met for project requirements, program socialization, and SharePoint management

People

• Work with cross-department teams to ensure compliance with company brand requirements and company accepted change management standards

• Support Facility Management Services managers through presentations, collateral, and training webinars

• Coordinate education presentations and graphics for leadership meetings

• Create internal reference guides on program or service line offerings

• Assist with socialization of open requisitions and updates to job postings in conjunction with HR

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma, or equivalent (GED) Required

• Associates or Bachelors degree Preferred

• 1-3+ years relevant technical experience Preferred OR Equivalent combination of education and/or experience

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee our Mini Excavators product line in the North American market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the machines, options, pricing, development plans, and new product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales and production teams, drive product development, define product strategies, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

§ Oversee the current Mini Excavators product line in North America, including managing machines, options, pricing, development plans, and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.

§ Provide support for sales and production introductions across our sales and dealer network, ensuring seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.

§ Drive new product development for the Mini Excavators line, actively participating in programs and taking ownership of the initiation and definition of new systems. Collaborate with the development team to create feature backlogs and develop product documentation such as user stories, use cases, logic flows, and functional specifications.

§ Guide product management activities, including product positioning, launches, technical sales support presentations, and dealer sales training for the Mini Excavators in North America.

§ Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap for the Mini Excavators, aligning with market requirements, competitive landscape, product positioning, pricing, lifecycle, operations footprint, and product support plans.

§ Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) activities to understand current and future market needs, translating them into ideas for new features or systems. Develop supporting business documentation, including business plans and functional specifications, to support the launch of New Product Development (NPD) projects.

§ Collaborate with dealers and customers to support pilot machine and design trials, acting as a liaison between the factory and dealers for NPD projects.

§ Visit customers and dealers to present products, build relationships, and gain insights into applications, requirements, and market trends.

§ Conduct research on industry conditions, product performance, and competitive activity. Build and leverage relationships with customers, sales and service personnel, and industry suppliers to gain expertise and effectively position our products. Prepare and deliver technical presentations at industry conferences.

Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

§ Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, product marketing, engineering, or other technical equipment roles, specifically in the North American market for hydraulic excavators.

§ Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to demonstrate confidence in material knowledge.

§ Technical aptitude and experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and equipment sales.

§ Ability to influence within a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Creative Director

Bristol PA (Onsite 4x week)

Full Time

We are looking for a Creative Director to work alongside our innovative and growing digital marketing team. This position will report to the upper management team. This position will be based in our HQ in Bristol, PA. Candidates MUST be able to work in the office at least 4 days per week to be considered.

The candidate will support both in-house and client needs. Daily work managed includes thought leadership on branding initiatives, website layout, video production, advertisement creation, photo manipulation, presentation compiling, print collateral design, packaging design, and pre-flight.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of Creative Leadership experience. Agency setting preferred.
  • Must have great organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

  • Must have excellent planning and personal management skills.
  • Ability to lead client communication
  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Must have the ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands.
  • In-depth experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong visual sense pertaining to business and call-to-actions.
  • Proficiency in typography and page layout.
  • Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Welcome constructive criticism of work.

Not Required, but a plus:

  • Photography and DSLR experience.
  • Experience with video shooting in-house and on-location.
  • Experience with video editing through Adobe Premiere.
