Responsibilities
- Flawlessly execute the company’s programs and event
- Provide leadership in management of internal production teams
- Confidently lead projects independently with no Account Director oversight.
- Act as the “go-to” resource and sounding board for both internal brainstorming and senior client leadership.
- Understand the client’s brand messaging, visual and communication objectives in order to creatively elevate their brands and build lasting trust.
- Manage Producer staff and workstreams at all levels and across multiple projects.
- Confident in making high-stakes decisions that may impact accounts or program scope.
- Creation and oversight of project budgets, including margin tracking and reconciliation.
- Travel to show site and provide production and client leadership.
- Run production team on and off headset during load-in, and load-out.
- Understand industry trends and apply those trends to the client’s project.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years industry experience.
- Must be familiar with simPRO
- Positive, collaborative, team attitude is a must.
- Welcoming of new challenges, technologies, clients and more.
- Executive Producer experience in an agency setting with business to business and business to consumer clients.
- Superior communication skills – written, verbal, workflow efficiency.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and accounts with large scale works streams.
- Strong negotiating skills and technical understanding of the industry.
- Working knowledge of a range of strategic branding productions and the technologies therein.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Procim is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $97.50/hr – $111.50/hr

Our client, a leading global architecture firm, is looking for a Materials Library Assistant to join their team. This role supports the materials library management (interior and architectural materials) by assisting interior designers, architects, and design teams, with a variety of project-related tasks. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and restocking the materials library regularly.
Essential Job Functions
- Organize and keep current interior and architectural material samples,
- Resource for material selection and offering material alternatives as directed
- Books and manages vendor visits to showcase new products and/or update library collections
- Sorts and incorporates new materials from vendor visits and from the designers into the collections.
- Updates and maintains vendor database
- Organizes and prepares sample donations and returns.
- Curate rotating displays of new materials added to the collections.
Experience & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree – preferably in product design, industrial design or interior design, or a recently graduated architect or interior designer with a specific interest in architectural materials.
- Knowledge and experience with the architecture/design industry a plus.
- Knowledge of architectural materials and trends in sustainability
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Concise and articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of colleagues.
