Job Description
A major gaming convention in Las Vegas is seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support the Riot 2XKO booth during EVO Vegas. This high-profile event will attract thousands of attendees, and selected team members will help create a positive and engaging experience for guests through customer interaction, crowd management, and promotional support.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage convention attendees.
- Assist with queue management and crowd flow.
- Support prize redemption activities and booth operations.
- Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Follow event management and promotional team instructions.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with large groups of attendees.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Previous convention, gaming, esports, promotional, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
- Must be available for assigned event shifts.
Compensation Details
- Brand Ambassador positions: $30 per hour.
- Lead Brand Ambassador positions: $34 per hour.
- Multiple morning, evening, and full-shift opportunities available.
- Paid event staffing opportunity.
