Our client, a national leader in precious metals refining and recycling, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can develop, innovate and implement an existing marketing strategy that showcases the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Marketing Manager will assume a comprehensive role, serving as the sole proprietor of all marketing efforts for the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business marketing, understand content marketing strategies, and possess a creative mindset to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company’s services and enhance its brand recognition in the marketplace.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implement the overall strategy of the business-to-business brand.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and content over multiple platforms, including social, website development, blog creation, and execution.
  • Manage multiple vendors and ensure the vision and brand strategy are implemented promptly and cost-efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and management team members in planning marketing campaigns aligned with the organization’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Create editorial and content creation for various platforms and outlets.
  • Assist with designing, negotiating, and placing media ads on social media, trade publications’ digital space, ads, and email blasts.
  • Produce content that best captures the company’s voice and mission.
  • Set, allocate, and monitor the timeline and budget of each project.
  • Conduct market research to determine the target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Review the progress and success of a campaign, adjusting or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role successfully creating marketing campaigns from start to finish, independently
  • Strong understanding of 360 Marketing and Content Marketing strategies
  • Project Management: Must be able to manage vendors & multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative & analytical mindset to create effective marketing strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Microsoft Publisher is a plus

Onsite: Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm

Location: Fairless Hills, PA.
