3 Rats Entertainment LLC and Avail Entertainment LLC are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to join the production team for Defiance: The Dade Massacre, an 1835 historical feature film currently in pre-production. This is a key crew position supporting logistics, scheduling, and coordination for a large-scale independent film production in Florida.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate production logistics during pre-production.
- Organize schedules, crew communications, and production planning.
- Manage spreadsheets, production documents, and tracking systems.
- Coordinate large-scale cast and crowd logistics.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, vendors, and production staff.
- Solve production challenges quickly while maintaining organization.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Previous independent film crew experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong spreadsheet and administrative abilities.
- Confidence working in fast-paced production environments.
