Love the Civil War? FOX TV Pilot “Sleepy Hollow” is Now Casting Civil War Re-Enactors

Casting Directors are currently casting background actors for the upcoming FOX Pilot “Sleepy Hollow”.

Sources reported that this upcoming TV Pilot and possible series is based on the legendary short story “The Legend of Sleeply Hollow” but will have a modern day supernatural touch. Sleepy Hollow will center on the story of a Ichabod Crane as he partners with Sleepy Hollow local female sheriff in order to solve mysteries bother others in the town.

Deadline reported that “Jones, repped by Paradigm and New Wave, will play Lt. Frank Williams, the serious and sternly professional detective transferred to Sleepy Hollow to investigate a double homicide.

Swedish actress Winter, repped by Gersh and Schachter Entertainment, will play Katrina, Crane’s wife and a nurse with the
37^thRegiment in the Revolutionary War. Kurtzman, Orci, Wiseman and Heather Kadin exec produce, co-writer Phillip Iscove serves as supervising producer.(Deadline)”

Now Tona B. Dahlquist Casting is currently seeking revolutionary war re-enactors. The casting company recently posted the following message on the Facebook Wall :
FOR REVOLUTIONARY WAR RE ENACTORS WITH WARDROBE AND/OR SUPPLIES ONLY. We are NOT yet accepting general submission for extras. Please do submit at this time (if you wish to remain considered) UNLESS you are A Re Enactor or person with Revolutionary War period supplies.
This Fox Pilot SLEEPY HOLLOW, to be filmed in and around the Charlotte NC area is seeking those that may have Revolutionary War wardrobe, props, guns, cannons and supplies. Filming will be taking place in March.
If you happen to have such, or know of those that do, please have them send the following to us;
Name, Age, City and State you reside, a current photo -can be in costume, phone, along with the supplies for the period (such as uniform, gun, tent or cannon and so on) you may have. Submission can be sent to us at [email protected] with the heading REVOLUTIONARY RE ENACTOR
