As most of you know, we also cast for another VERY popular show that takes place in the 80s. Due to the popularity of that show, we HIGHLY suggest and recommend you work on “Hysteria” with us so we can see that you are reliable. We will 100% be taking your professionalism & attendance from “Hysteria” into consideration when booking for that Netflix show.

“Hysteria” is set in the 1980s – so it is very important that you upload a current selfie with today’s date on a piece of paper. We need to see exactly how your hair/facial hair looks for hair/makeup purposes. Because of the nature of this show, we ask:

MALES: PLEASE DO NOT CUT YOUR HAIR OR SHAVE YOUR SIDEBURNS BETWEEN NOW AND FILMING

FEMALES: WE ASK FOR YOUR HAIR COLOR TO BE A NATURAL COLOR. SHORTER STYLES, LAYERS AND BANGS ARE GREAT!

  • 18TLY (this means you must be at least 18 years old but should be able to play younger)
  • You will play high school students.
  • Please upload a selfie with today’s date on it in your submission. This is very important because we need to see exactly what your hair/facial hair looks like for filming.

COVID TEST DATE:

  • The covid test you take at your fitting MAY OR MAY NOT clear you for filming on FRIDAY 4/14. We are still waiting to hear about this from production.
  • If for some reason it does not, we would need you to covid test:
  • 4/12 (WED) or 4/13 (THUR).

FITTING DATE OPTIONS: 

  • 4/10 (MON) – Fitting Option 1 in Covington
  • 4/11 (TUE) – Fitting Option 2 in Covington

The Castaways

We are looking to cast Fijian roles in the new Paramount+ series THE CASTAWAYS

There’s a number of roles, some non-speaking, some small speaking roles and a few good supporting roles. Ages range between 18-60, male and female.

The series will shoot between the 15th of May to 15th of July- a large part of the series will shoot in Greece and later scenes in Fiji- so you must have a valid passport

These are paid roles in line with the UK Equity PACT agreement (as this is a UK produced series), all flights, accommodation/ travel costs etc will be covered by production.

[DAVON]- 18 to 25 years old, young male. Davon is a very popular, tall, light-skinned, athletic type. Late teens/early 20s. He’s always been the king of the school, using his good looks and athletic ability to get whatever he wants, He’s never cared about anyone but himself and has a reputation for taking advantage of girls and bullying anyone who gets in his way.

[ERICA]- 18 to 25 years old, hispanic young gil. Erica is very promiscuous and acts blonde. Late teens/early 20s, She is the dishonest and gaslighting friend of Ava’s as she is the new girl. Erica is flawed in specific ways that make her come off as a horrible friend to Ava

[AVA]- 18 to 25 years old, Mixed girl in her late teens/the early 20s. Ava is the new but good girl who moved into town for her mother’s new job. Pretty and genuine but with unique features. She makes her own clothes, that catch the eye of others. She is the film’s main protagonist as she ends up not being killed by the “Look Killa® because she is “true” to herself.
