Requirements

• Principal Speaking Roles: Male or female talent, ages 27–35, with Caribbean background.
• Principal talent should be from or have authentic cultural or family ties to the Bahamas, Guyana, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, or Grenada.
• Principal talent should be comfortable with direct-to-camera, reality-TV-style performances.
• Granny Role: Female talent, late 50s to mid-60s, Caribbean.
• Granny talent should have a fun, expressive personality and be comfortable performing scripted dialogue.
• Background Roles: Male or female talent, late 20s to mid-30s.
• Background talent should be of European or Indian descent.
• Principal roles require an audition.
• Must be able to work as a local hire in Tampa, Florida.

Compensation

• Principal Speaking Roles: $1,200, less 15% agency commission.
• Usage: One-year unlimited broadcast across all platforms, plus perpetual social media and brand website usage.
• Granny Role: $500, less 15% agency commission.
• Background Roles: $400, less 15% agency commission.
