Laundry is looking for a passionate, experienced Art Director who has a cutting-edge style and who wants to work at one of the best design & animation studios in the world. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of art directing experience in the motion design/commercial digital and broadcast industry. Significant experience with diverse commercial work, main title design, and network branding all a huge plus.  Staff candidates are welcome to submit resume/portfolio.

You will get to work with our amazing Executive Creative Directors and collaborate with our amazing team of artists who are some of the best in the business. Please apply only if you have excellent communication skills and strong studio management experience. This is a staff position. You will be expected to ideate, concept and lead projects as well as be able to present your ideas, and the ideas of others to clients. You would also be required to oversee and work on projects from the beginning through completion and delivery while ensuring client satisfaction. Your role would also consist of overseeing projects, leading teams of artists, and working with our Executive Creative Directors, Head of Production, Executive Producers, and Producers in managing budgets and schedules for projects from inception through completion.

Proficiency in the following – Photoshop, Illustrator, C4D, After Effects, Maya, Pitch Experience, TV, Film, Houdini, Editing, Digital, Social, Mobile, et al.

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of Art Directing motion graphics and design projects.

Description:

Marketing is the team that brings the hardware devices to life in the above-the-line space. TV, online video, Social, Real-Life Activations, OOH, and DOOH. They’re a dynamic team whose mission is to fundamentally change how people discover and explore their products globally.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development process with internal teams in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, marketing share-outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off to deliver exceptional creative.
  • Establish, collaborate, and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams: Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and BA team to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on the development of marketing campaigns
  • Own clear and timely communication with cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks.
  • Ingest new projects and work with Lead Producer and Lead Creative to allocate staff and resourcing.

Mandatory:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns, with TV, OLV, Social, OOH, and digital experience
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem-solving, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, technical work environment.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Organizational skills: proper record keeping, managing files and folders in Drive.
  • Proficient in Workplace products: Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Drive.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience launching and marketing consumer electronics products in global retail environments is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

This professional will be help drive Finance Treasury Operations throughout the whole business working with all business lines – Cash/Working Capital Forecasting, Long-Range Projections, and Financing Planning. This professional will be a business partner to all of the divisions throughout the company and will work closely with CFO, CAO, and Executive Management Team along with Legal and Tax.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Drive Treasury Finance including Budgeting and forecasting for Working Capital, Balance Sheet, short and long-term strategic planning and analysis
  • Create and manage diverse revenue streams financial forecast models for all divisions and analyzing key performance indicators to accelerate scale
  • Determine in-flows and out-flows
  • Long range cash forecasting, using driver based assumptions to project firm working capital (specifically balance sheet changes) over a 3, 6, 9, and 12 month period.
  • Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, and then serve as an advisor to senior leadership address those concerns
