The feature film The Man I Love is casting musicians to portray instrumentalists in principal roles. Set in late 1980s New York, this powerful drama tells the story of a theater artist living with AIDS who takes on one last meaningful role. Directed by Ira Sachs, the production is seeking talented musicians who can bring authenticity to the film’s atmosphere by performing on camera.
Job Responsibilities

Casting is now open for Progeny, an upcoming sci-fi/body horror feature directed and co-written by Justin Daering. Set in a chilling alternate world where aliens reign as the societal elite, this visionary film follows a man’s desperate fight against an alien parasite growing inside him—threatening his body, mind, and marriage. Building on the success of the award-winning short film of the same name (with over 1.5 million views online), the feature enters production in the Chicago metro area starting August 2025.
