Showtime’s ‘Billion’ Season 6 Casting Call

Lake George NY area LOCALS for background work on Season 6 of the Showtime Series, Billions!

Billions will be filming in Bolton Landing, NY at the end of October!

We are seeking SAG & Non-SAG locals or those willing/able to self-report to the Lake George Area to portray the following roles:

• -SAG & Non-SAG Upscale Hotel Guests w/ Upscale Cars (no red or white!)
• -SAG & Non-SAG Upscale Hotel Guests 
• -SAG Hotel Staff (bellhops, valets, skeet shooting attendants

Tentative Dates:

• -COVID Test on Tues 10/26
• -Work on Wed 10/27 AND Thurs 10/28

*due to possible weather changes and a mix of interior/exterior scenes, we ask everyone to be available both dates!*

This is PAID background work!

SAG bg rates will apply to SAG members.

Non-SAG COVID stipend $60 / Non-SAG filming rate $165/10hrs

All testing and filming will be in Bolton Landing, NY.

IMPORTANT:

Please be advised that BILLIONS has adopted a mandatory vaccination policy. Zone A employees (eg. background actors) must be fully vaccinated in order to be employed on this production.  Such a requirement is subject to reasonable accommodations, as required by law, for individuals who cannot be vaccinated due to disability or sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance. Waldron Casting is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE for work on Larry’s Diner acting as a Baby Nurse for a 4 month old. This is NOT for on camera work and must have proof that you are a RN. The rate is $450 for up to 8 hours of work and then overtime after that.  You would be on set to assist with the care of the 4 month old baby.

Please note that Larry’s Diner is a Zone A vaccination mandated production and that proof of vaccination will be required to be cast on the project. You will be required to provide proof of the vaccination to the production’s health and safety officer as a condition of employment.

It would involve Covid-19 tests on:

-Monday October 18th in Brooklyn NY

-Tuesday October 19th in Brooklyn NY

**Must attend ALL tests and you will be paid $100 for each**

Then it would involve the work on:

-Wednesday October 20th in LIC NY at Silvercup Studios East

*Would need to be OK working around atmospheric smoke*

You would be required to follow covid-19 protocol and wear a mask at all times and follow social distancing. You would be wearing a KN95 mask. You would only be able to take it off while cameras are rolling per SAG/AFTRA protocol. 

An actor’s primary duty is to effectively communicate the character that they are playing to an audience, using their voice, body, actions and reactions. Through their art, actors tell stories, engender emotional reactions in their audience and make people think.

As you can expect, acting is not a typical nine-to-five job. Actors have to perform when the filming schedule demands it, or when performances are scheduled. Actors work anytime, including early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and national holidays.

Actors also work in all kinds of locations. If you’re working in theatre, you’ll most likely be working on stage and in rehearsal studios. However, if you’re working in television and film, you’ll find yourself in television studios, film studios or acting on-set in random locations.

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Lead Stylist to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time eCommerce product imagery to support the Victoria’s Secret, & Victoria’s Secret Beauty. You will work across multiple categories using data, product, material, color and graphic information to capture imagery in a high volume and fast-paced production environment. The Lead Stylist will be responsible for preparing, creatively styling and designing the look of products for eCommerce usage and participating in the expansion of creative directions/processes.
