• No exclusivity. 
• Usage rate covers 1 year from date of the session for internet, new media, and Over-the-Top.
• Usage rate is guaranteed at booking for this production.

Additional editing rights: 

• $50 unlimited additional edits made for Internet and New Media use only. Payable only if exercised.
• General Rates to be used: OCP Adult –  $400 session rate (8 hr session) $800 usage fee
• OCP Kid – $250 session rate (8 hr session) $750 usage fee
