You will be responsible for coordinating the production of all social assets for an iconic beauty company, helping to ensure the cross-functional teams building the assets work together smoothly, ensuring timelines are met and projects are delivered with executional excellence.

Responsibilities:

Managing the timelines and delivery of all social assets across major product launches a year, plus tentpole events, brand cause, and brand campaign assets:

• Create project schedules & timelines

• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on track

• Report on project schedules & updates

• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

• Ensure all steps in the process are completed and accounted for, keeping the timeline top of mind

General admin:

• PO creation

• Shipping products when needed

• Gathering, organizing, and providing files to agencies, creators, vendors, and partners (i.e. 3D files, photos, video files)

• Support on shoots:

o Assisting team with product availability, liaising with marketing-connected commerce, and social teams

o Asset organization

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $46.67 to $51.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Our client is a major name in home furnishing/interior design space in need of a talented Digital Art Director to add to their team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience and full hands on proficiency with Adobe CS.

In this role you will be leading a team of designers and working hands on across digital/eCom, social, email.

Experience with motion is a huge plus.

Any exposure to 3D assets is also a plus.

Some print and packaging work may be included but this will be more scarce.

Experience within home furnishing or interior design would be ideal, but fashion, beauty luxury translates well also.

This is a hybrid role located near JFK and paying roughly $115-130k depending on experience.

   • Responsibilities: Engage naturally with the environment and the companion, portraying a relaxed and joyful demeanor.

2. Young Couple Enjoying a Banana Split

Project Description: GENUINE is excited to announce a casting call for a unique video project that celebrates the often overlooked yet pivotal role of Father Figures in children’s lives.
