IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • For the health and safety of all individuals on “Chicago MED,”  all “Zone A” cast and crew MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to beginning work.

Dates: Testing Monday 11/22 – Filming Wednesday 11/24 

Rate: $200/10 filming, $50/2 COVID test 

ROLE: Looking for individuals 12 years of age or older, any gender or ethnicity to play in a Disabled Expo scene on Ordinary Joe. We are looking for people in wheelchairs, on crutches, amputees, etc.

Responsibilities

Producer’s primary responsibilities are to produce, organize and coordinate all elements involved in creating and producing a fast-paced newscast in Houston #4 Spanish DMA/# 8 General Market. This individual will work closely with the Assistant News Director, Executive Producer, Assignment Editors, Reporters and Anchors. Producer will follow stations news philosophy of Breaking News, Breaking Weather, and Responde (Consumer investigative). Ability to write, edit, produce and gather content under heavy deadline pressure, without compromising accuracy or credibility. You must be willing to react to breaking news, change your rundown accordingly, contribute story ideas daily, create graphics, assign & edit news-copy, produce other newscasts & specials as needed. Must be willing to work long hours during breaking news if required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A Degree in Broadcasting, Journalism or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience writing in a broadcast or cable news environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency (reading and writing).
  • Able to work a Flexible Schedule and shifts.
  • Must be willing to work at the station in Houston, Texas #4 Spanish DMA.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

  • Ability to direct the news crew in a “producer-driven” environment.

“OCTAGON BATTLE” – Seeking male MMA fight spectators, ONLY Hispanic/Latinx or African American, late 20s through 40’s. 

Since the numbers went way down for this scene, we are no longer requiring individuals to be fully vaccinated. Our normal Covid testing procedures are still in place, but you no longer need to provide proof of vaccination at pre-employment testing.

Hello, friends! We’re looking for some athletic/MMA fighter types for an upcoming scene in the next episode of Chicago PD. The director is specifically looking for males that are 6’2″ and taller, any ethnicity, ages 20s-30s. 

*THERE IS NO  FIGHTING OR PHYSICAL CONTACT OF ANY KIND* – this role is to portray a fighter standing outside the ring, watching another fight going on. Most likely you will be in trunks (shorts) and shirtless, so please make sure you’re comfortable with that if you would like to submit. 

This is a director-selected role, so please make sure that your photos are CURRENT and of higher quality.
