In this position you will work directly with bureau desks, producers, senior producers, and correspondents to help pitch, write and produce news content for broadcast and the web in a 24 month program.

Job Purpose
Working within the Reality and Specials sub-vertical, the Manager will be responsible for helping the team’s Senior Director and Specialist with ideating, presenting and executing multi-platform partnerships across linear, digital and social platforms that connect NBC’s advertising clients to the network’s various Unscripted and Specials programming.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Sr. Director and Specialist to identify opportunities and lead the creation of presentation materials (decks, one-sheets, write-ups, etc.) for innovative Ad Sales solutions that tap into NBCU’s extensive marketing platform
- Assess and evaluate all creative product and materials to ensure brand objectives and quality standards are met
- Assist with managing the execution of all sold partnerships
- Collaborate with Research and Trade Marketing to craft pre- and post-sales materials, including pitch and recap decks, e-blasts, case studies, sizzle reels and award show submissions
- Assist with clipping of all executed partnerships
- Ownership of helping to organize, publish, and socialize all client-facing and proactive Sales materials on company SharePoint site
- Assist with updating status and other organizational documents, including production timelines and meeting agendas
- Liaise with NBCU stakeholders, including but not limited to Ad Sales, Programming, Consumer Marketing, Business Affairs, Legal, Portfolio Creative Partnerships, Digital and Strategic Partners, Publicity, Research, Finance, etc. and external entities (production companies, clients, media and creative agencies, etc.) to communicate client goals and secure requisite input/approvals for partnership creative
