– 10 INNER CITY NEIGHBORHOOD BG (Must be willing to portray underprivileged, homeless people, drug addicts, drug dealers, etc)

This story takes place in the roughest part of town. In the neighborhood, everyone is trying to make ends meet and doing the best with what they have.
