Job Overview:
Position Responsibilities
- Strategic development and implementation of brand communications and public relations programs at KDP with the goal of generating relevant brand coverage and conversations, with a specific focus on iconic beverages including Dr Pepper, Bai, Core and Snapple
- Develop entertainment and influencer talent recommendations in support of brand programs
- Execute media relations activities including but not excluded to media pitch development, narrative development, media target review and analysis and media outreach.
- Work with and manage external agencies with the goal of building brand programs that drive earned and social media conversation.
- Manage and execute experiential events/moments geared towards generating brand buzz
- Manage and oversee agency, team budgets, and drive integrated planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Communications, Marketing Journalism or English degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of public relations or relevant communications experience either at an agency or in-house. Experience in Entertainment or CPG a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Possesses clear ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions and results
- Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
- Team player, ability to build strong relations internally across functional areas and externally with vendors, suppliers, and other constituents

The FLEX Salesperson Video Associate Producer is responsible for supporting salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com. The goal is to provide a great online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s deep fashion expertise. The role will require strong communication and organization skills, being able to flex between prep/organization and on-set shoots. Flexibility in hours during peak periods required.
A day in the life…
- Partner with regional Producer, store teams, and Salespeople to coordinate video shoots in multiple locations within a region
- Work with Project Coordinators on sample procurement, vendor product knowledge, and styling
- Pre-shoot product preparation (sorting, un-tagging, steaming, etc.)
- On-set management of shoot and crew to ensure high quality content, accurate data entry, tracking of process, and communication
- Provide constructive feedback to assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support program goals
- Assist regional Producer in maintaining Salesperson talent pool and partner with stores to promote program, recruit new talent
- Communicate on-set progress, future needs, and process efficiencies

Your Role with Grace & Lace:
- Work with the marketing team to create and share social content on TikTok, Instagram, FB (Meta), Twitter and Youtube- including editing video of short form content;
- Be an on camera personality for our social media platforms- appearing on our weekly Facebook live, co-hosting as needed and also appearing on more frequent, (but shorter form) live video and scheduled video posts;
- Serve as in-house model for stock model shots;
- Interact with our customers on social media as a part of our marketing team;
- Contribute to team efforts to track what is trending on social media using tools like Tweet Deck- using this info to quickly create our own short form video content within a timing window that is still relevant;
- Learn and develop our brand voice and messaging;
- Collaborate with the team to create the monthly content calendar; and
- Partner with the marketing team to develop a social strategy;
Role Details:
- Schedule: 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday
