Casting call: 

• Lead actress needed for short horror film “Treatment” to be filmed in Willoughby, Ohio. Must be available in October for at least two of the following possible shoot dates. 

October 16th, 17th, 23rd, and 24th. 

• Mia: 17-24, is an addict grieving over the recent loss of her mother. Instead of returning to rehab she agrees to an experimental treatment that’s rumored to be 100% effective – to spend the night alone in an abandoned water plant that many say is a portal to hell. Almost half of this film will be shot in found footage style.

Pay is a flat rate of $100 per day. No longer than 8 hours each. A 3rd and 4th shooting date for smaller scenes will be scheduled after casting for a total of 4 shooting days.

NOTE: ALL actors MUST be current Ohio Residents. This is non-negotiable.

Rates:

• –$300/session + $2,200 / regional broadcast / internet / social media / paid digital & photography + 20% agency fee (if applicable)
• –Mileage provided and hotel accommodations if needed (travel days not provided).

Usage: All usage in perpetuity

Looking for:

Grandma:

• –Ages 60-70
• –Caucasian
• –Female
• –Looking for a hip, active, attractive woman who picks her granddaughter up from college for a weekend of fun and adventure. She is health conscious, fit, and always up for an adventure! Not your average Granny! Think Blythe Danner in Meet the Parents or Meryl Streep in Mamma Mia.
• –Must be comfortable riding a roller coaster, kayaking, and doing yoga.

Granddaughter:

• –Ages 18-21 (NO MINORS)
• –Caucasian
• –Female
• –Looking for a studious girl next door to play a college student who could use a little break from her studies. She is sweet and approachable and shares a special bond with her Grandma who picks her up to go on an adventure.
• –Must be comfortable riding a roller coaster, kayaking, and doing yoga.

SEEKING HIKERS, CAMPERS, CLIMBERS, MOUNTAIN BIKERS, KAYAKERS, AND OTHER OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS IN COLUMBUS, OHIO — PAYS $1,000/day

You will work 1-2 days between Sept. 20-22.

Specifically, we want men and women ages 18-40 and boys and girls roughly 7-10 years old.

The most important requirement is that you’re an actual, real-life outdoors lover and that you can work as a local in Columbus, Ohio–there is no mileage or travel stipend. 

We’ll be casting multiple men and women, so if you know somebody else who fits the bill, please pass this on!
