ATTN: is a media company that breaks down important societal topics and conversations into digestible, entertaining videos and series across all platforms. We are leaders when it comes to reaching people who want context on the issues and conversations that matter to them.
ATTN: is looking for a Casting Producer to find and book TikTok creators with mid to high level social followings to kick off our co-branded content initiatives on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong knowledge of TikTok and connections to various creators and their representatives, as well as experience contracting talent for branded content. An understanding and vision of how to align talent with brand-specific messaging is imperative.
What You’ll Do:
- Research TikTok creators that align with the brand’s messaging to build preliminary talent pitch lists
- Consistently communicate with the Casting Director and other colleagues regarding any pertinent updates
- Observe and build a strong awareness around viral trends and emerging talent on the platform
- Reaching out to talent and their representatives to send offers and to negotiate rates and deal points
- Communicate with our internal legal team to build talent agreements
- Continually evolve and elevate the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
- This is a 2 month contract role with the potential to extend
Who You Are:
- 3+ years experience across Talent & Casting, specifically with influencers and content creators. Digital and branded content experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented self-starter who brings hands-on experience in digital media content development and production
- Grasp of current viral trends and emerging talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and collected while working on fast-paced timelines

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Currently, a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Marketing, Art, or related field.
- Prior work and/or educational experience in photography required; videography experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Staircase:
-Please be advised that, effective 9/23/21, prior to working on STAIRCASE, all background ages 12 and older cast must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks have elapsed since receiving the 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or since receiving a single shot of Johnson & Johnson).

-Background actors will work in Zone A on this production and will not wear PPE while in front of the camera. Should producers elect to implement a mandatory vaccination policy in Zone A, background actors may be required to submit proof of vaccination status, such as a vaccination card.
TEEN ATHLETES NEEDED FOR HEALTHCARE COMMERCIAL SHOOTING IN PITTSBURGH! RATE: $325!
SHOOTING IN PITTSBURGH AREA ON THURS NOV. 11 AND FRIDAY NOV. 12TH. YOU WOULD BE NEEDED FOR JUST ONE DAY (ABOUT 6 hrs or less).
Must be real athletes who play team sports! Must be local to the Pittsburgh area and have a reliable car or if a minor, a person who can drive you to set.
If you are in high school, you will have to miss school that day and will need to get a form filled out and signed by your parent/guardian and your school before the shoot date.
