Job description

Henri’s Cloud Nine, the nation’s largest prom, pageant, and bridal gown retailer, is currently seeking a full-time Social Media 

Coordinator / Content Creator who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, scheduling, and posting social media content that is designed to engage users and promote the Henri’s brand. 

You will need to have some photography and editing experience. Experience with videography and working in a retail environment is a plus. 

This job will require that you travel to our Columbus location on occasion and to photo shoots, fashion shows, designer appearances, and beauty pageants as needed. Some Saturdays/Weekends will be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience producing and maintaining multiple social media channels for a large audience

About the position

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help lead data-driven brand growth for the organization. Day-to-day

  • Drive revenue growth for the company with end-to-end management of paid marketing programs in support of new customer acquisition and retention efforts
  • Manage a 3-person marketing and several freelancers to achieve the organization’s sales and marketing goals
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on key digital channels, leveraging Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant dashboards
  • Report results on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis to the CEO and senior members of the team
  • Leverage insights to continually optimize channels and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure the company is hitting key marketing and channel performance targets as defined by the organization

  • Track record of efficiently scaling investment and performance on digital and offline channels
  • Advanced Excel and campaign analytics tools skills (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, etc.); ability to take in vast amounts of data and identify key opportunities and insights for the Brand
  • Experience managing successful campaigns and marketing programs that improve B2B and B2C acquisition and retention
  • Manage a content calendar across the marketing and creative team
  • Ability to jump in, set up a plan with a schedule, and execute diligently to optimize performance and manage spend
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a creative eye
