Pace Entertainment Group is looking for a Male Vocalist to join A Taste of Ireland’s 2021 Australia Tour. We are currently accepting applications for our 4 month 90+ show tour across the country.

The successful candidate will have/be the following:
– Strong voice training and/or experience
– An understanding of Irish folk music and culture
– Charismatic with performance experience
– Training in another performance art (i.e. dance or an instrument), ideal but not essential
– The ability to tour for the full four months, uninterrupted from 15th of March 2021.

Casting “Los Colores De Marcia,” a University of Miami short film based on the life of Marcia, a quirky but lonely 70-year old woman who lives in a tiny apartment by herself. As she revisits her memories, she begins to build a relationship with the only person in her life, her nurse, Lucia.

Completely in Spanish with English subtitles.

Marcia: LEAD, female, looks like 60-80 years old. -naive, lonely, and genuine. Faced several losses in her life, never being able to connect with anyone. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH. non-union.

Lucia: SUPPORTING, female, looks like 30-45 years old. Marcia’s nurse/caretaker. Doesn’t think much of her patients until she connects with Marcia. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH. non-union.

Dates and Locations: Rehearsals and filming mid-end of March (weekends) 2021 in Miami, FL.

Compensation: UNPAID. Meals will be provided during production days. A copy of the film will be given to the cast and crew when completed.

Seeking actress for a short film which can be done at her home. Movie is a comedy about a woman doing mundane things around her house. Movie requires no dialogue.

Multiple Subjects/Models needed for 2 day film & lens test for upcoming short film series to be filmed in Pittsburgh, PA in 2021 (Casting ONLY for film & lens tests, NOT short film series). Subjects/Models will be asked to do the following duties: stand/sit for extended periods of time, hold cue cards and color charts, act out various actions from script with other Subjects/Models, and costume changes. Subjects/Models are asked to bring 2-3 outfit options to select from; no stripes, no plaids.

Applicant must have own transportation; no travel compensation. All applicants, if cast, are asked to follow proper COVID-19 protocols by double masking and washing/sanitizing hands while on set. PPE such as disposable masks, nitrile gloves, hand wipes, and sanitizer will be supplied on set. Meals and refreshments will be available.

Casting “God’s Gift,” a Chapman MFA thesis. 

Willow (29) is a conscientious, diligent plantswoman and marijuana grower. Her careful and methodical approach has gained recognition throughout the world of legal and illegal growing and selling. Fresh out of a botched engagement, Willow plans to move on with her life and business until she realizes that her ex-fiancé, Sean (29) is spying on her via Cassidy (21), a long-time client along the illegal route, and doesn’t plan on leaving the business as easy as she hoped. Never the one to go down without a fight, Willow lures Cassidy in and convinces her to be a pawn in her plot to get rid of Sean for once and for all.

Shoots 4/2-4/11 in the LA area. Please submit LA local only.

Roles:

Willow, 25 to 35 years old, Black female. A quiet, intuitive young woman who uses her green thumb to grow and sell marijuana. Former business partner and ex-fiancé to Sean, uses Cassidy to do her dirty work. Her cold demeanor is a result of her dysfunctional relationship, but she’s not the victim that she appears to be.

Cassidy, 18 to 25 years old, Black female. Sweet, sensitive, quick on her feet drug dealer who gets caught between Willow & Sean’s mess. Masculine and dominant, yet naive in the most unsuspecting of ways.

Sean, 25 to 35 years old, Black, East Asian, Mixed Ethnicity, Southeast Asian male. Willow’s ex-fiancé, hell bent on making sure his ex continues to share the weed business with him. Abusive, but aloof and not the kingpin that he sees himself as.

Rate: $100/8+OT ($100 guaranteed/overtime after 8 hours) paid in the form of a check via payroll

Covid-19 Testing: $15 bump paid on work date
-If you do not work this will not be paid
