RE/DONE is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who is able to juggle multiple projects at one time. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Global Marketing to provide administrative support and ensure samples are received, organized, and shipped properly. This role is for someone who has the desire to learn, grow, and have an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the marketing team on all marketing activities
  • Supporting all events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials

Sample Management

· Ensure the marketing warehouse is stocked with samples, organized and inventory is accurate

  • Organize quarterly “returns” of stagnant marketing inventory back to the warehouse to guarantee inventory stays up to date and tidy

· Place seasonal and one-off sample buys for marketing department

· Manage press, stylist, influencer and celebrity sample requests in a timely fashion

· Facilitate the preparation and shipment of all press pulls and marketing gifts

  • Receive press pull or gifting “order” and confirm info re: products that need to be sent, sizes, delivery address, and level of urgency.
  • Locate product needed from marketing inventory, or if not available, order all needed product from the warehouse via NuOrder (with approval from VP of Global Marketing). Work with Customer Service department and warehouse team to have these samples allocated and pulled.
  • Package, make label, and ship the product to influencer or stylist, sending tracking number to press, stylist or influencer.
  • Record/track every piece sent out in Marketing’s “Sample Trafficking Grid” (recipient, each piece’s style#/size/color, cost of goods, cost of freight).
  • Use WinFashion to track and record the standard cost of all goods shipped in the “Sample Trafficking Grid.”
  • Work with Customer Service department to make sure that all product ordered for marketing is billed properly each month.

Editorial

· Ensure all celebrity and placements are credited with designer information and secure placements of those images in relevant online and print publications

· Work with external communications agencies to maximize exposure within those markets

· Maintain and update the marketing departments documentation and databases

Finance

· Ensure all marketing spend is in line with the marketing budget

· Work with the finance team to ensure billing is accurate

MBX is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to support and execute our social media & influencer marketing strategies, including channel management, community engagement, content creation and influencer marketing. You’ll play an integral part in the development, execution and launch of short and long-term marketing campaigns, utilizing the fundamentals of communication through content creation, presentation, analysis, review, and reporting. You are an excellent communicator with strong (yet succinct) writing skills, an ability to easily and authentically adopt a brand’s voice, and a keen understanding of the current social media landscape. What you will do:

●     Create, develop and edit compelling, high-quality social photo and video content and/or graphic assets as needed

●     Write compelling copy for daily social content and captions based on brand voice

●     Work cross-functionality with other teams to highlight any promotions and sales on social for any social driven activations and working closely with retail team on any partnership decks and opportunities

●     Assist in the development and maintenance of the cross-brand social media calendar, updating the calendar with relevant cultural events and significant information

●     Work with in-house and contract photographers, videographers and graphic designers to create original content that’s fresh, relevant, disruptive and seasonal

●     Help manage influencer relationships and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring key timelines and requirements are met. Actively scout for new faces and emerging talent, and keep abreast of who is tagging us, reposting viable content and engaging with them.

Main purpose of the position:

The BM will create and deliver an exciting brand experience for the consumer across all touchpoints (ATL and BTL), executing innovative launch plans & campaigns enriched in market and consumer insight to ultimately grow market share and drive profitable growth on the assigned franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

· High-level input in the creation of local strategies and growth plans for the specific skincare franchise and category, ensuring that brand equity is maintained whilst maximising return on marketing spend.

· Responsible for developing local UK & Irish 360 go-to-market plans including media campaigns for both NPD and existing products in-line with overall Global strategy and positioning for specific skincare franchise. Managing all aspects from the brief, agency relationships, internal alignment to execution including creative supply and creation.

· Work closely with internal PR team & influencer agencies to drive awareness, consumer engagement and brand sentiment.

· Effectively communicate & align Marketing campaigns with all internal stakeholders across the business, in particular Regional & global marketing teams, commercial director, sales team, Retail operations, training, Field Sales and store consultants.

· Ownership of brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate management including all administrative tasks such as invoices, raising POs, monthly accruals and budget trackers for specific skincare franchise.

· Accurately manage and work with internal teams to forecast for NPD and marketing collateral (testers, samples, GWP, etc)

· Carry out pre and post campaign analysis of launches and activations ensuring the business is clear on learnings and actions. Including but not limited to retail sales analysis, media, influencer and sampling KPI’s. Reporting internally and to regional teams.

· Monitor brand sales performance vs. budget and latest forecast.

· Development and delivery of brand presentations to internal and external stakeholders including retailers, agencies, and internal teams.

Personal profile:

· Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a similar role ideal and a passion and understanding for the skincare category and UK retail environment.

· Team player with a collaborative attitude – willing to listen and adapt to different working styles whilst participating across the total brand.

· Commercial & leader mentality that is solution focused.

· Ambitious self-starter with an ability to work in a fast moving environment & the capacity to think creatively.

· Strategic thinker who is pragmatic and has good commercial awareness, analytical and media/ activation skills.

· Ability to lead when working cross-functionally, with effective communication skills and a confident approach to presentations.

· Planning & organisation skills.

· Project management – takes full responsibility for their outputs and the quality of all deliverables ensuring the most efficient route is taken.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Salt have partnered with a revolutionary start-up that specialises in connecting early stage businesses with relevant investors. In the last 18 months my client has grown by 18% MOM and isn’t slowing down. You’ll be the first dedicated Social Media Manager for the team and will be tasked with looking after the brand, and founder’s, social media presence.

This is a highly rewarding role for an ambitious social media manager who wants to join a growing business. You’ll be working on all social output including an already popular podcast.

The Role:

· Shape and deliver a social strategy for the founder and brand.

· End-to-end social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and any other channels you see as relevant.

· Develop and deliver the brands new podcast series.

· Identify new communities and demographics to reach out to.

· Constantly be working to growing the brand’s online presence.

· Create an ambassador program by reaching out to relevant Influencers and KOL’s in industry, and monitoring progress.

· Create ‘personal brand’ guidelines for the wider company employees.

· Constantly be keeping on top of latest social media trends and making recommendations of where to move next.

· Long and short-form copywriting.

The Person:

· Proven ability to grow social media accounts across LinkedIn, Insta, and TikTok.

· Ideally some experience of ideating and producing a podcast series.

· Design skills (canva and photoshop) a big plus.

· 3+ years’ experience
