Project Description: “When The Phone Rings” is a poignant narrative set in an alternate modern reality. Situated in an impoverished area, the story unfolds around a poor single mother grappling with PTSD. This heartfelt tale explores her relentless battle against her haunted past and the ensuing strain on her relationship with her physically disabled son. Together, they navigate a life on the run, enveloped in the complexities of love, trust, and survival.

Her actions, driven by the imperative to safeguard her son, underscore a narrative of perpetual upheaval and profound love.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the character of Cora, capturing the complexity of her emotional and mental state.
• Work closely with the director to bring authenticity and depth to the character’s journey.
• Participate in any required rehearsals prior to the shoot day.
• Be available for the entire duration of the shoot on April 18th, from 8:00 AM to Noon.

Requirements:

Character Type: We are looking for a variety of rural, blue-collar types to portray school bus drivers. You do not need to have a CDL Bus License to apply, but it is beneficial if you do.
