Qualifications:

• 2 years of game development in a production role, or other relevant experience
• Working experience with common software development methodologies such as AGILE/Scrum, Waterfall, and KANBAN
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines by handling competing priorities, doing risk assessment, and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple international teams, both internal and external
• Ability to deal with changing priorities
• Calm and confident leadership style
